Redzepi and Emmy Award-winning executive producer Matt Goulding (“Anthony Bourdain: Explore Parts Unknown”) guide audiences on a globe-spanning odyssey, unveiling intricate stories behind the ingredients that have shaped societies, cultures, beliefs and the course of human history. 看了第一集辣椒，太好看了！！想给一万颗星。泰国的部份有一点做作的嫌疑，但最后一节回到noma在最后一个素食季 serve 丹麦魔鬼辣算是call back泰国主厨这里做爱的比喻，然后我笑+辣得…眼泪掉下来，好奇这纪录片会重拍吗还是拍到啥是啥 lol。塞尔维亚农村跟我们农村也蛮像的，tabasco 有3年陈酿的时间，从采摘到做成辣椒酱竟然需要5年///有比 parts unknown 更上一层的感觉，看过 Anthony Bourdain个人的纪录片之后我有点抵触看，一是重复二是在了解他晚年之后再看年轻时候的剧集我忍不住代入

拍的不错，瑕不掩瑜。隐秘的红线，贯穿始终。一头是人类无止境的欲望和商品社会的杂交，一头是自然界的万物有灵。片名叫《杂食动物》，点题与呼应频出的文本设计，有意思。

跟舌尖上的中国毫无相似之处，为什么要蹭这个热度？给观众不切实际的期望。讲的不是美食，而是食材。做作，作为纪录片知识量时浓时淡，过于追求对镜头的运用，导致形式远大于内容。有时沉浸在自己编造的那一场大戏里无法自拔，越行越远。看了一集半弃。

一种视角。食物文化这类纪录片，没有单独哪一个作品能讲清楚全部，不同的口述者有各自的局限和独到，多看多听总有益处，而且这个作品的出发点是 Rene 这样站在风口浪尖位置下的人的观点。

1.没chef's table好看，逻辑不是那么地清晰，但拍摄剪辑也算精良了。2.片名，比《杂食动物》更贴切的，是“物流打造的餐桌”。3.NOMA深度参与，用八集很奢侈地阐述了自己的餐桌哲学。4.赞美chef有自己的生态世界观以及爱艺术肯投资纪录片，但并不完全同意，比如tuna那集，问日本厨师，十年前的产量比现在如何，有点为了论证自己的观点而采访的意思。5.“你吃的每一口菜都在为你和你的孩子将拥有的餐桌投票”，固然没错，但是，这个观点怎么说，也有些中产，最穷的人的餐桌怎么说？NOMA没有提供所谓有机、对抗工业化之外的解法。
