当City无法解决过多的homeless people时 一个普通人站了出来 他觉得自己只是做了自己力所能及的 City council 的人虚假伪善 当人们冻死在大街上 不说如何解决人们的生存问题 却以有火灾隐患的借口 试图剥夺ta们仅剩的一点生存可能 City花费大价钱采取的方式显然没有奏效 去年去多伦多的时候帐篷又回来了 可是Khaleel再也不能给homeless建相对温暖和安全的box了 a broken system 意义重大的片子
